PARIS is a UNESCO world heritage site, for its monuments.

Capital of France, Paris is one of the most beautiful and visited cities in the world, a romantic town, with its tree-guarded quays along the Seine, its incredibly beautiful and invaluable monuments and buildings, famous boulevards, museums and historical bridges.

Among its monuments we have Place de l’Etoile and the Arch of Triumph, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, the Sorbonne University, the Louvre Museum, the Pompidou Centre, the famous Montmartre, Champs Elysees, Montparnasse and many others.

Paris has been the subject of countless books and albums, and thus its history and monuments are among the best-known in the world. The symbol of the town, the Eiffel Tower, is also among the world’s most famous ones. Initially a highly controversial project, many Parisians rejecting it for its industrial appearance, the Tower was eventually built and it is a remarkable engineering feat of the 19th century. It managed to exceed the Grand Pyramid in height, so for a few decades it was the highest building in the world.
